今日第一次煮雞酒。

個酒好好味,啲肉就乾左啲喔。
好有滿足感、成功感。

一直想用嘉美🐓或冇激素的🐓,但和平要$300先送貨,街市又唔係時時有。自陪月走左之後想整好耐,喺惠康見到盒雞塊,唔理咁多都係買返去試下,戰戰兢兢下終於挑戰成功,結果都唔錯丫🤤

黑木耳去瘀血,對產後婦女好好。木耳索曬酒同雞味精華,食落又爽口,真係正👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

可惜唔記得睇火,最後煮剩一碗水,有啲可惜。

配埋個紫菜夾飯食,呢餐真係大滿足❤️
